1. Training Scope
DBeaver SourceForce Training provides independent educational services focused on the use of DBeaver software. Our training is designed to improve team proficiency in database management and SQL development. We do not provide software licenses, database hosting, or managed IT services as part of the training fee.
2. Independent Status
DBeaver SourceForce Training is an independent entity. We are not affiliated with, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to the creators of DBeaver or its parent companies. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
3. Quotes and Payment
All training engagements are subject to a formal written quote. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit upon booking and 50% upon completion of the training, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will incur a 25% administrative fee. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the training begins, though sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion.
5. Use of Materials
All training materials, including handbooks, lab guides, and scripts provided during the course, are for the internal use of the participating organization only. Redistribution or commercial resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.
